• Pre-Order items ship based on the estimated delivery timeframe displayed on the product page.

Address Accuracy

Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses are not eligible for free replacements.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
If a package is marked as delivered but not received, or arrives damaged:
• notify us within 48 hours of delivery,
• include photos (if applicable),
• we will partner with the carrier to resolve the case.
Resolution timelines vary by carrier.

Returned Packages / Failed Delivery
If a package is returned due to incorrect address, refusal, or repeated failed delivery attempts, reshipping fees may apply.

Shipping Exceptions
